Led by Experience
Amber Windows is led by Gus Ledauskas, a specialist in high-performance window and door systems with over 20 years of experience across Europe and Australia.
His background spans residential, architectural, and large-scale commercial projects, with experience gained across multiple leading timber, aluminium, and glazing companies, including Reynaers Aluminium. In Australia, this includes involvement in landmark developments such as projects at Curtin University, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Curtin Heritage Living Aged Care, all recognised for their sustainable design, among many others.
Internationally, his experience extends across Sweden, Norway, Germany, and Lithuania, including numerous passive house, architectural, and high-performance projects. This breadth of experience provides a deep understanding of both European system design and Australian construction requirements, allowing Amber Windows to guide clients towards refined, energy-efficient, and project-specific solutions.
High-performance window and door systems have been at the centre of my career for over 20 years. I’m genuinely passionate about the role they play in how a building performs, feels, and appears. They are not simply functional elements, they shape architectural design, energy efficiency, natural light, and everyday comfort.
I see a great opportunity to help clients discover what is possible when projects embrace higher standards through better-performing solutions, quality materials, and greater attention to detail.

Our systems are produced using Conturex, one of the most sophisticated window manufacturing platforms globally. This automated process transforms raw timber into precisely profiled components with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
Combined with precision Leitz tooling, every cut, joint, and detail is executed to a high standard, ensuring refined finishes and long-term durability.
We also work with trusted material suppliers such as Gutmann, known for high-quality aluminium cladding systems that enhance weather resistance while maintaining a clean, minimal architectural aesthetic.
Our manufacturing partner, BOISROIS, specialises in bespoke timber and aluminium-clad window systems, with all products designed and crafted in Lithuania to ensure consistency, quality, and performance across every project.
